The Pan Asian American Business Council (“PAABC”) is a non-profit organization consisting of Asian American businesses that would like to promote and grow their own and other Asian American businesses.

Yin Kean
Yin Kean is an entrepreneur with World Financial Group (parent company Transamerica/AEGON). Her success in the financial and healthcare industry has expanded with offices nationwide. Her extensive background in executive management and consulting with Fortune 500 companies and non-profit organizations, in a spectrum of industries, makes her a unique individual in her depth and breadth of knowledge in businesses. Ms. Kean has two graduate degrees in Statistics and Mathematics, and in Computer Science, along with PhD training in Informatics. She is an established and well respected Asian American who has served the community. She is a recipient of many awards including Asian American Hall of Fame Business Award, Asian American Women in Science and Technology by the Chicago Foundation for Women, Outstanding Community Service Award by Asian American Coalition of Chicago, Mr. Jesse White Humanitarian Service Award, and profiled in Crain’s Chicago Business (July 2013). Ms. Kean has been a long time adjunct faculty of University of Phoenix since 1998. Her financial business provides values that empowers education as values to clients, coaching and mentoring the building of financial business and expansion programs. Besides business, Ms. Kean lives a well-balanced life, enjoys different types of food, and is proud of her daughter who is a physician.
Chacko Kurian
Mr. Chacko Kurian serves as the President of JPN Associates, Inc. Mr. Kurian serves as the President of Complete Health Systems, LC of Wichita, KS, a company that provides information technology software and integration services to administrators of self-insured health plans. He is an Entrepreneur in information technology and related services. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Level Funded Health Partners, Inc. For over twenty years, Mr. Kurian has been a member … of the Self Insurance Institute of America (SIIA.org) and serves on its International Committee. He also serves on the board of the Diversified Benefits Resource Association (DBRA.org). He has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from NITT, India and an MBA from the University of New Mexico.
Paul Kim
Paul has over 46 years of banking experience and is currently a financial consultant. He holds Master Degree in Economics from DePaul University. Founder and President of P Kim and Associates, Inc. – financial consultants, Former President and CEO of former Chicago-based Foster Bank, Former Director of Korean American Chamber of Commerce in Chicago, Member of Rotary Club of Chicagoland Korean- Northbrook
Kasi Paturi
Kasi Paturi is a serial entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in developing and founding software businesses. He previously co-founded the American Institute of Computers and was a Managing Principal of AIC Consulting. In addition, Mr. Paturi helped Dr. Ed Mensah develop the nation’s first completely online Public Health Informatics Program, offering graduate degrees and certificates, at the University of Illinois at Chicago. This Public Health Informatics Program was developed from conceptualization to completion by Mr. Paturi and Dr. Mensah, and has produced alumni worldwide. Furthermore, Mr. Paturi was also a Co-founder of DarkStorage (a cloud-based data storage company), Co-founder and Vice President of MPC Systems, Former PR Chair of U.S. Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce (Midwest), PR Chair and Secretary General of Indo American Political League, Former Secretary of NACCB Midwest, a Member of several Asian American Advisory groups and the Commissioner on Economic Development commission for the Village of Hoffman Estates. Mr. Paturi holds a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Illinois and is a Graduate of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi.
Varghese Chacko
Forty years of Wisdom and Experience Chacko started his entrepreneurship, as an American dream from his Garage in Stone Park, IL. He has owned and operated several businesses ranging from Contract Packaging, Project Management, Direct Mail, fulfillment, warehousing and Global marketing. Founder/Chairman/CEO, of All American Bank in Des Plaines, IL. Former President of US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce, (Midwest) and Board of Director for Chicago Minority Council. Deans Advisory Committee member, from 2002 to 2005, School of Medicine, University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
Currently advising as an International Advocate for Global Leadership Summit-India, sponsored by Willow Creek Association, South Barrington, IL. Chacko works as an independent Business Consultant.
